During this phase, we will spend time on-site studying the existing infrastructure, topography, views, privacy needs, and much more. In addition, this phase will include office time exploring city and HOA guidelines and set backs. After our planning and research phase is complete, the creative process will begin!

The schematic design phase allows us to explore creative ideas and plan according to your wish list, functionality, views, sun path, etc. Once this phase is complete, we will have 3D renderings prepared to present at our office & showroom.
